To maintain the quality and integrity of the Ri-set Deck, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to make it right. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Approved claims will receive a replacement.

We cannot accept exchanges for:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage from improper handling

• Orders reported after 7 days

• Items not in their original condition

We appreciate your understanding as a small, intentional wellness brand. Each deck is produced with care, and we want to ensure every customer receives it in quality condition.

To keep your Ri-set Deck looking and feeling its best:

• Store it in the drawer box to protect the corners and finish

• Keep away from direct moisture, oils, and high humidity

• Wipe gently with a dry microfiber cloth if needed

• Avoid tossing it into bags without the box — she’s pretty, treat her gently

• Keep it somewhere accessible so you can use it whenever you need your moment back

We ship all orders once a week on Mondays.

Orders placed after Monday at 11 AM will ship the following Monday.
