When Passion Meets Purpose

As a Jamaican woman who migrated to the U.S., my journey has shaped my belief that everyone deserves the chance to thrive and live authentically. I understand the challenges of navigating a system that often works against us, and I know firsthand how deeply these challenges can affect our well-being. Mental health isn’t just about not being sick; it’s about feeling whole and connected.

My education gives me insight into human behavior, but it’s my life experiences that fuel my passion for helping others. While I’m here to support anyone seeking a path to wellness, I have a special focus on empowering women of color. I understand the unique struggles you face, whether it’s feeling emotionally invalidated, carrying the weight of past experiences, or simply feeling burnt out and overwhelmed.

Through a personalized approach, I’m committed to helping you heal, reclaim your authentic self, and find balance in your life.

Empowering Your Journey Through Holistic Well-being.

In addition to addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship issues, my culturally relevant approach integrates evidence-based techniques tailored to the unique needs of individuals, communities, and organizations. I believe wellness is a collective journey, and I aim to provide tools for self-preservation, joy, and community care that empower marginalized groups to thrive despite societal challenges.

I focus on quick, relatable practices that seamlessly fit into daily routines, acknowledging the realities of people of color—managing work-life balance, navigating microaggressions, and dealing with financial stress. My services encompass individual and couples therapy, along with community-focused initiatives such as wellness events, workshops, and consulting programs for organizations. Together, we can foster healing, build resilience, and create supportive environments where everyone can flourish.
